Cowboy Creations is a print shop in Granbury, Texas. Splashguard stacks are paid by card. A name keychain is $7.50. Custom parts are quoted before they print. Details are on Terms and Privacy.
What do you sell?
- Order Spout Splashguard by card. The price is on that page.
- Name keychains are $7.50 each.
- Custom prints are quoted before they print.
How do Spout Splashguard orders work?
On the product page, choose quantities and add them to the cart. Enter your company name on checkout. The next page collects the ship-to address, shipping method, sales tax, and card. That is one payment. After payment, use Track with the order number and email from the confirmation.
Splashguard orders ship to the address you enter at checkout. Pickup is not available. Shipping and tax are not billed later.
How do keychains and custom prints work?
On Name keychain, choose the lettering and colors. Each keychain is $7.50. On Custom prints, send the part. A price for that part is emailed, usually the same day. Reply to that email to pay. Nothing prints until you pay.
Pickup or shipping?
- Spout Splashguard ships to the address you enter at checkout. Shipping is paid at checkout with the order.
- Name keychains and custom prints can be picked up in Granbury, or Cowboy Creations can mail them. Postage is shown before you pay it.
How long does it take?
Replies for keychains and custom parts usually go out the same day. After payment, most jobs are ready in 3 to 7 days. The quote or confirmation includes a date when one is set. If a splashguard stack is on hand, it ships. If it is not on hand, the stack is made to order.
What materials and colors?
Materials and colors are on the Materials page.
Is cutting available?
Not yet. Cutting and engraving in wood and sheet plastic are on the way. The list is on the blog. Cowboy Creations will quote the work when the service opens.
Do I need a 3D file?
No. A photo, link, sketch, or measurements is enough. An STL, STEP, or 3MF file shortens the quote. Keychains and splashguard stacks do not need a file from you.
What if something is wrong?
If a print does not match what was agreed, email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery or pickup. The remedy is a reprint or a refund for that job. Made-to-order pieces are not returnable for a change of mind, or for measurements you supplied.
How do I track an order?
Use Track with the order number and the email on the order. An account shows projects after an invite. For anything else, email [email protected] or use Contact.
Is there anything you will not print?
Parts larger than the print bed are split. Cowboy Creations does not take sealed engineering, parts that carry a person or a vehicle, or regulated safety devices unless that scope is written into the quote. Cowboy Creations does not print illegal items.
