Questions
How this works
Short version: tell me what you need, I email you a price, and you don’t pay until you say yes. The rest of the detail is below. The full Terms and Privacy pages have the fine print.
How much does it cost?
Right now you just pay what it costs to make — filament, machine time, and a little handling, with no markup on top. Small things often come out to just a few dollars; bigger or multi-part jobs more. After you describe what you want, I send a price by email — usually the same day — and you approve it before you pay anything. Payment is Venmo. Texas sales tax is added when it applies and shown on the quote.
How long does it take?
I usually reply with a price the same day. Once you approve and pay, most orders are made and ready in 3–7 days. Your quote will give you a firmer date, and I’ll tell you up front if I’m backed up.
What materials and colors can I get?
PLA, PETG, TPU (flexible), and ABS, in about 20 colors. If the part needs to live outdoors, take heat, or flex, say so and I’ll pick a material that suits it — or you can tell me exactly what you want.
Do I need a 3D file or a design?
No. A photo, a link to something similar, a rough sketch, or just measurements are all fine, and I can design it from scratch. If you already have a model (STL, STEP, or 3MF), send it and it speeds things up.
Pickup or shipping?
Pickup in Tolar is free once we set a time. I can mail it anywhere — you pay the postage, and I show you that cost before you pay for it.
What if the print is wrong or it breaks?
If it doesn’t match what we agreed, or it failed in a way that’s on my process, tell me within 14 days of pickup or delivery and I’ll reprint or refund that job. Custom pieces aren’t returnable for a change of mind or a measurement you sent that turned out wrong.
Is there an account or a login?
You don’t need one to get a quote. After your first order I’ll send an optional link to set a password, so you can sign in and see your quotes and where each job stands. You can also check a single order on the Track page with just the order number and email.
Is there anything you can’t print?
Anything larger than the print bed has to be split into parts. I don’t do sealed engineering work or anything load-bearing for a person, a vehicle, or a regulated use unless we scope that into the quote. And nothing illegal.
