PLA Dynamic has no current product page. Water resistance is drops: one is a splash, two is wet use, three stands up to rain. UV resistance works the same way: one fades outdoors, two is brief sun, three is all-day sun. Strength is a flexed arm: one is light duty, two takes a knock, three is stiff. Heat resistance is a thermometer: one softens in a hot car, two handles more heat, three is high heat. A dash means that rating is not why you pick it. These marks are a comparison, not a lab test. Not every grade is on the shelf.
